Digital Illustration: Envy

For this week in Illustrator, I had to make one of the 7 deadly sins. I've already had pictures for pride, greed, and lust in mind. For instance, I thought about doing a fat belly button for gluttony, but I wanted to pick something more out of the outside. I landed on Envy. Could be seen as an emotion. A state of mind. I pictured anger with a hint of sadness. So I made a single eyeball that was boiling from rage, making it lumpy so it couldn't be seen as wrath. Trying to give it a pathetic shape to make it look less intimidating.
