Design Talk 2

In today's post I will be revisiting an older project and trying to analyze and come up with ways to improve my approach. The project I'm doing this for will be the Rolling Stone cover. Color and style were almost on point, but I think I needed to work a little more on the proportions. The framing creates a tangent near the top left of the "R."

I would have loved not doing a drop shadow on the subject either. Retaking the shots in the environment that fits would have been a massive improvement. But we can't always have it like that. I still find mixing the two images to make one was well done. (if yall see something please let me know.)
