Digital Photography: Black and White Photography

 The shine on the bottles was what grab my attention I wish I could remove all the tags from the shelf. 

The shot of the roof was me looking up and seeing a lone power outlet. I thought it was an interesting area I had never looked at. 

I feel like finding values gets harder the more colors there are. Like saturated blue seems like it would be a dark color but turns out not to be. Also, there are different ways to remove colors from an image. Like you could just view each channel as separate black and white images. Or use a different color space to get different results.
